Returns & Exchanges
Brain Dead accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery, provided all original tags and packaging remain intact. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Initiate Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be issued to your original payment method.
